Awards and Brooklyn Fashion Weekend, Buzz looks forward to a banner year with a host of new projects and clients. As Buzz gets ready to host a VIP Gift Suite and Style Lounge next month in Hollywood at the Grammy Awards, the company heads into 2008 strong turning what was once a reverie into a reality!
Looking to grow the business and catapult the business to the next level, Buzz President and CEO Marisa King-Redwood adds to her executive team in order to bolster an already strong internal management staff servicing an expanding list of Fortune 500 companies. Executive Vice President and CFO - Sally Douglass joins Buzz as of January 2008. Ms. Douglass brings over a decade of experience in accounting and financial management to team as well as a host of entertainment industry relationships. Milady Andrews-Morgan, who has served in various VP capacities since her start with the company three years ago, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will spearhead the launch of the non-profit practice; and Nicole Stoll joined the team 3rd quarter of 2007 as a Vice President and is currently heading operations managing the day to day activities of the business.

The New Year has ushered in a new roster of clients...award winning choreographer, Travis Payne who has worked with megastars including Michael Jackson, Madonna, Marilyn Manson, Britney Spears and Janet Jackson; Four Kings Productions, Inc. the management and Production Company behind the success of Grammy Nominee, Chrisette Michele and Tha Main Event TV, a full service web-based promotional platform focused on arts and entertainment. Buzz looks forward to continue working with The New York International Latino Film Festival, who has contracted the company for a second year to provide event management and production services for their six- day summer Film Festival. Buzz also continues to assist Chauncy Jackson, president and CEO of The Morei Media Group with a multitude of highly innovative projects including launching VAIN magazine and working with the talented recording artist Stefani Vara, whose album, Storybook Diaries will be released in the first quarter of 2008. Also among the new clientele are, Denise "Dee" Vazquez, a tv/radio personality and magazine columnist among others.
Buzz has also officially launched Bags by Buzz, an in-house luxury gift bag service and will continue the “Get Buzzed” business networking series which also kicks off shortly. Another venture on the horizon for the company is buzzbeaters, a high end tank top line which is set to debut in the spring of 2008.
Buzz will also sponsor several events in order to give back to multiple communities in the five boroughs, and in the Metropolitan Philadelphia area. Kids Arts Week 2008 which was started in 2006 to bring together art of all mediums and genres to children; Women's Brunch in the Philadelphia area which is an event designed to bring together professional women, their ideas and their talents. Also new in 2008 will is the Urban Arts Festival a collaboration of local artists, vendors, musicians to celebrate the arts, and a Soho Shopping Tour is also on the roster of upcoming events.
